Monday
Today, we’ll do a review of all concepts learned in chapter 3.Pages 78 through page 81 in the textbook. Students will complete workbook pages 24,25 and 26. Today, the students in fifth period will take the Chapter Three test that all of the other students took on Friday. It was postponed for this class because of the Pep Rally.We’ll be a day behind the rest of the team for a day or two.
Tuesday
Today we will do a Chapter review from the text pages 80-81..We’ll explore the concept of diffusion.
Wednesday
Happy Halloween! Today, we will have an in class demonstration to show the process of diffusion.Students will be recording this in their Science Lab journals.Students will view a brain pop movie on diffusion.
Thursday
Today , students will read the first part of Chapter Four in class and complete workbook pages.They will complete a worksheet on the organelles as parts of a factory.
Friday
Students will bring in their Incredible Edible Cells and judge their peers’ work using a rubric that the students have already seen.
